    【Labyrinth of Memory:Masataka Inukai Solo Exhibition】May.16(Thu.) →May.22(Wed.)
This will be Masataka Inukai's first solo exhibition at Artglorieux. After completing his graduate degree in oil painting and printmaking in 2021, he has gone on to use pencil and pen to create sepia-tone art that is reminiscent of copperplate prints. Describing the worlds shown in his art, which feature a touch of nostalgia like that experienced in a motion picture, Inukai explains, "I utilize lines to create visualizations of sensations and movements by things that are invisible to the eye. As I draw, the final image I'm searching for begins to surface, and I express this by intentionally utilizing empty spaces. I hope that viewers will infuse these empty spaces with their own scenes and emotions as they view my works." We encourage you to stop by and experience Masataka Inukai's works for yourself.
